Client Services Director

Job Description

The client services director is a problem-solver, bar-setter, positive leader and idea-generator that endears themselves to our clients and sets the tone for a thriving and positive culture for our team to serve our clients in the best way possible. They are responsible for growing the agency through excellence in client service, developing and coaching staff on client relations best practices and helping to achieve financial plan projections. They ensure the highest possible level of client service by providing guidance and tools to the daily client relationship managers. The client services director works with the senior team members to address and handle client issues and concerns and provides regular updates on the business to the agency’s president.

A key initiative for the client services director is to develop further business opportunities with our clients – presenting and working with account teams to bring forth ideas that are unmatched.

Reports to President/Spong PR.

Requirements/Qualifications

- At least 15 years of experience in public relations environment or related area
- A proven record of leading teams to implement strategic public relations programs that drive measurable business results
- A track record of success in a public relations agency
- Ability to counsel senior clients
- History of driving excitement and passion for our clients’ businesses
- Experience with integrated, holistic marketing

Community Manager

Job Description

The goal of the community manager is to develop and execute successful social engagement strategies that support the overall business goals and priorities of the agency and agency clients. The community manager works closely with account teams and clients to provide strategic social engagement counsel, develop effective social engagement plans, execute those plans and evaluate the results of that outreach. 

Requirements/Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism or a closely-related field.
